The following gives you a brief description of the three production of polypropylene fiber BCF process:

The first: one-step: continuous spinning, stretching, deformation, winding process

The second: two-step method: spinning and drawing together → and wire deformation or spinning - and wire drawing deformation

The third: three-step method: spinning off the tube → and silk stretch → deformation
