Yellow-brown viscous liquid. Active ingredient ≥95%. The viscosity is 80 to 100 mPa · s (20 ° C). The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 7-8. Emulsion stability (15%, 15-35 ° C) for 48 hours. Polypropylene oil agent is a special oil agent for polypropylene production, which has the functions of smoothing, bundling, and antistatic of fibers. It is compounded from a variety of auxiliaries and surfactants. It is suitable for the production of polypropylene multifilament yarn, deformed yarn and foreign yarn.

1. Polypropylene oil and its solution have good stability, non-toxic, odorless, non-irritating to the skin and mucous membrane, and safe to use.

2.Polypropylene oil has good smoothness and antistatic property, less broken ends of draft yarn, less wool, and good gloss of draft yarn;

3.Polypropylene oil has good cohesiveness, good winding tube forming, and good unwinding of draft wire;

4. Polypropylene oil has good heat resistance and strong oxidation resistance. It does not smoke or coke during heat drawing, and does not yellow the processed fibers.
