How to use polypropylene oil agent: Put the measured soft water into the kettle, add the quantitative oil agent slowly while stirring, and stir for 30 minutes after the dosing is complete. In winter, when the temperature is low, the polypropylene oil will become turbid, so it should be used after it becomes transparent at room temperature. (If there is no soft water, and tap water is used, it will not affect the performance of the product, but the polypropylene oil will appear slightly turbid.)

1. Oil distribution temperature: 25-30℃; 2. Use oil concentration: 10-20%; 3. Fiber oil content: 1.0-2.0%.

Storage and packaging of polypropylene oil: 1. Packaging: 200kg iron drum or 50kg plastic drum; 2. Storage: indoor storage at 10～30℃.

Performance index of polypropylene oil agent:

1. Appearance: light yellow or colorless transparent liquid; 2. Effective substance: ≥90%; 3. PH value: 7-8 (1% aqueous solution); 4. Stability: 10% aqueous solution stored at 15-30℃ No stratification for a week.
