China - Singapore Self Trade Agreement Upgrade Protocol implemented in October 2019. According to the Upgrade Protocol, both parties announced the launch of upgraded subsequent negotiations in December 2020, committed to adopting negotiations for service trade and investment liberalization, further enhancing the liberalization of bilateral trade.
