Three-step method for producing polypropylene BCF yarn: spinning and bobbin - yarn stretching and deformation

The production process of one-step method is similar to that of one-step method. Spinning is the same as conventional spinning. One winding tube is one color, and then three different color tubes are combined, or stretched and deformed, or deformed into BCF. However, the one-step method of continuous high-yield BCF is different. This process requires three screws to extrude three required colors of melt, and then distribute them to the spinneret through a distribution tube, so that each filament has three bundles of different colors of filaments, and then continuously stretched and deformed one-step BCF spinning.
